MARYLAND SECURITY ACADEMY is a privately owned, nonprofit training facility for security and protection professionals licensed in the State of Maryland. This academy and our instructors are approved to operate as a Career Training School by Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC), and offer certified training curriculums from the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission (MPCTC).

MISSION

The mission of MSA is threefold:

1. To produce proficient, entry level professionals to meet the security needs of private, state and federal sources.
2. To provide advanced and continuing education for security professionals working in their field.
3. To establish, implement and upgrade legally defensible security training standards.
